I went to Denver to have a mini college roommate reunion, mini because only half of us could make it. Its nice to know after 14 years friends are always friends.

caleb started middle school. He is really happy. He has his buddies from his soccer team and classes that he is really excited about.

you sign up and they send you all the fabric, pre-cut, and a pattern to follow. when you are done you send it back and they give it to a child. when max was in the hospital he was given several blankets like these. It was fun to give back.

the kids helped up paint the garage this summer. they made a big mess and had a lot of fun. painting the garage is the best place for little kids.

this summer was a lot of hanging out, swimming and eating Popsicles. we went through many a bag

the week before school started we took the kids to Carlsbad caverns. we hadn't been since i was pregnant with max. the kids had a good time, but by the time the three hours of  walking and speaking quietly they were wired.

we let them get all their energy out at the hotel pool.

caleb had his first tournament of the season. the won every game till the championship, when it went to shoot out and they lost by one.

first day of school for carson and maia. they are in fourth grade and second grade. these two love school and have great teachers this year.
