my two boys went to school today. some of us were excited and some were nervous and some were sad. can you guess who was what?
Caleb started a new school and is in third grade, he was very brave and went right into the class room, when i hugged him his little heart was thumping so fast. i know he was really nervous. he had a tummy ace yesterday and scary dreams last night. good thing he knew two boys in his class from church, i think that helped him relax.
Carson was so excited he kept doing a little happy dance. went i left his class room he looked a little nervous so i blew him a kiss and he gave he his huge happy smile.
i was the one sad. i promised the boys that i would try to be brave and not cry, but as i walked away leaving my two oldest boy all alone in a new school i broke down. its hard to send your little people into the world on their own.
last night reed gave them the best going back to school father's blessings, i think it will be a great year!

It will be fun to see how they held up today... and you too! Did you have a nice day with your two youngest? School starts a week from today for Jason, we're all excited!

I am so excited for them. Poor Maia. I am glad she gets to do preschool. Heidi, you will have a couple of hours a week with just you and Max. Can you imagine?
We'll miss seeing you guys too. Good luck today guys!
